He regularly advises and represents clients with claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act.
His experience in private law children work covers (contact and residence) applications for child arrangements orders including (contested final hearings) cases where there are serious allegations of sexual abuse and violence. Guy endeavours to offer robust, practical and remedy-based advice resulting from of his vast experience representing clients in acrimonious disputes between family members and achieving settlement where appropriate, or litigating where settlement is not possible.
Guy is authorised by the Bar Council to undertake public access work and (registered with Resolution as a collaborative lawyer) to conduct litigation.
Guy chose the route of working in private practice straight from school whilst committing himself to qualifying as a solicitor and then joining the Bar.
