PUBLIC LAW

Chambers deal with all aspects of public children law including care, placement & adoption applications, and deprivation of liberty & secure accommodation applications. Members represent local authorities, parents, guardians and other interested parties. 

PRIVATE LAW

Members accept instructions in all areas of private children work including child arrangement orders, specific issue orders & prohibitive steps orders. Chambers also accept instructions to deal with non-molestation and injunction orders.

FINANCIAL REMEDY

Chambers deal with a wide variety of financial remedy matters including matrimonial finance applications, Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 applications, and contested divorces. The financial remedy team can also act in TOLATA and IFPA applications.
